How does the Guaranteed Rent Scheme work?<\/span> Wincastle effectively become your tenant, guaranteeing you a fixed rental income. Payments will usually take 2 working days to clear in to your account. The rent agreed will be the rent that you receive from Wincastle every month. We do not charge commission or a management fee.<\/p> <\/p>Do I have to inform my mortgage company?<\/span> You will need to check with your mortgage lender whether your mortgage terms allow you to let your property.<\/p> <\/p>Do I need a property licence?<\/span> Many boroughs, although not all, require a licence from the council to rent the property. This is either a selective licence or HMO. For all PSL (Private sector leasing) this is normally exempt.<\/p> <\/p>What documents will I require to lease my property?<\/span> You will require the following documents to lease your property.
